Pricing intelligence for tour & activity operators
TourIQ watches the cruise ships, the weather, your booking pace and your competitors then prices every seat, every hour, with a human still in control.
Connects to FareHarbor · Ventrata · PeekPro

NEW TO THIS?
What is dynamic pricing?
It's charging the right price for the moment instead of one fixed price all year. When demand is high, the price goes up. When a trip is about to sail half-empty, the price comes down to fill seats. The same idea airlines and hotels have used for decades now built for tours.
One price, every single day.
A fixed rate set once and left alone — no matter what's happening that day.
Same trip: Molokini Snorkel · 7:00 AM
Cruise ship in port
2,400 visitors · could charge more
Perfect-weather Saturday
Everyone wants to be on the water
Slow rainy Tuesday
Boat sailing half-empty
Leaves money on the table on busy days, and sails empty seats on slow ones.

Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer?
How long does setup take
Most operators are live in 30 minutes of guided setup operator name, primary brand, one branch, booking-platform credentials, hard floor and ceiling per product, and authority zones. Everything else can be configured after launch.
How do I turn pricing off if something goes wrong?
One click on the Emergency Pause halts all pricing immediately. A loud banner shows on every page until you resume. Pause can be scoped globally, per location, per product, or per departure.
Does TourIQ change prices without my approval?
Only inside the guardrail bands you set. By default, anything beyond ±5% on day one requires a Revenue Manager; anything beyond ±25% requires CEO sign-off. You loosen the bands as you build confidence.
What data does TourIQ pull from my booking platform?
Products, customer-type tiers, pricesheets, departures, bookings and guests on a recurring schedule. TourIQ doesn't process payments or touch your checkout flow.
How does the AI decide the price?
A weighted composite of up to 8 demand signals weather, cruise arrivals, events, holidays, competitors, booking pace, hotel occupancy, flight arrivals re-weighted automatically based on how close the departure is. Every recommendation shows exactly which factor moved the number.
Can I see every change after the fact?
